Learn about USD₮ on Celo and collect a reward to help you get started!

  1. Activity period: September 10, 2024 13:00 UTC - until funds run out

  2. Participation Eligibility:

    • By participating in Valora Learn and Earn 2024 featuring USD₮ on Celo you represent and warrant that you are an eligible participant as set forth in these terms and conditions and that your participation in this program is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. You will defend, indemnify and hold Valora harmless in the event your representations hereunder are not true and/or accurate.

    • The only users eligible to obtain Tether through this program are users new to Valora who are resident in one of Brazil, South Africa or Vietnam at the time the reward is transferred.

    • In order to receive the Rewards, participants must be eligible to do so as otherwise set forth herein, download Valora, create a wallet, and connect their phone number. Note: This must be the first time your phone number has been linked to a Valora wallet; phone numbers that have been linked to previous Valora wallets will not qualify.

    • Users must register by clicking the "Start" button on the inbox notification available in the app after signup.

  3. To qualify for reward:

    • For Activity 1: Learn & Earn: eligible users who complete the course, answer the quiz questions correctly and meet the eligibility criteria at the appropriate time will receive a reward of 0.5 USD₮-Celo.

    • For Activity 2: Send USD₮ to a friend with a Live Link: users who send any amount of USD₮-Celo with a Valora Live Link AND have completed Activity 1 will receive an additional 0.5 USDT-Celo.

  4. Reward conditions

  • Rewards for Activity 1 will be distributed in the form of USDT-Celo to eligible user's wallet address entered in the quiz form every Tuesday at 20:00 UTC while funds last.

  • Rewards for Activity 2 will be distributed in the form of USDT-Celo on eligible user's wallet address entered in the quiz form every Tuesday at 20:00 UTC while funds last.

  • Rewards are limited, and funds will run out! Reward amount and program duration are subject to change.

  • Rewards will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Users who pass the quiz or complete the on-chain action after the program terminates are not eligible for rewards.

  • Users must be 18 years old or older to qualify.

  • Users on versions of Valora earlier than 1.92 are not guaranteed to receive rewards.

  • Valora reserves the right to disqualify participants in its sole discretion if it suspects they engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including but not limited to bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

  • Valora has the discretion to adjust reward rates. These terms are subject to change at anytime in Valora’s sole discretion. This Learn and Earn program is void where prohibited.

  • Rewards are not guaranteed, may be discontinued at any time, and will be allocated on a best-effort basis. Actual results may vary, based on various factors such as, but not limited to: the timing of transfers, rounding, fund exhaustion, and variation in reward rates.
