Welcome to Valora's Treasure Hunt! By participating in this giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility

The contest is organized, hosted, held, and judged by Valora, Inc. (“Valora” or the “Organizing Entity”) and is open to individuals worldwide who are eighteen (18) years old or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Valora, its shareholders, and their respective immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

How to Participate

Valora, the Valora team members, and Valora promoters will post 24 Live Links funded with $100 worth of USDC or USDT on X / Twitter over the course of 24 hours, from Thursday, April 18, at 9 am EST to Friday, April 19, at 9 am EST.
Participants must look for the published Live Links.
The first participant to click and successfully claim the funds in the Valora app according to Valora's platform rules will be the winner of that hour's giveaway.
Users can claim as many Live Links as they are able to.

Duration

Prizes

Prizes will be awarded automatically on a first-come, first-served basis to the first person who clicks on each Live Link posted on X / Twitter over the course of the contest.
Each winner will receive $100 worth of USDC or USDT sent to their Valora wallet; winners must have a Valora Wallet and be in version 1.81 to claim their prize.

Prize Claim

Being the first person to successfully claim the funds on their Valora wallet counts as a prize claim, and the prize will be considered awarded the moment a successful claim is made.

Publicity

By participating in the contest, participants grant the organizing entity the right to use their handle, likeness, social media content, and submitted content for promotional purposes without compensation.
The organizing entity may publicly announce the winners and display their entries on its website or social media channels.

Disqualification

The organizing entity reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the contest rules or engages in fraudulent or unethical behavior.
Any attempt to manipulate or tamper with the entry process or voting system will result in automatic disqualification.
This contest is VOID WHERE PROHIBITED and is active only in jurisdictions in which the Valora App is available as of the first day of the contest. The United Kingdom is specifically excluded from this contest.

Liability

The organizing entity is not responsible for any damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the Live Links feature and any websites or applications linked to it, including but not limited to, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, loss of data.
By participating in the contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless the organizing entity from any liability, loss, or damage arising from or related to their participation in the contest and/or acceptance of any prize.

Modifications

The organizing entity reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest in whole or in part at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
In the event of a cancellation, the organizing entity may award prizes based on the entries received before the cancellation date.

Governing Law

The contest is governed by the laws of California, and participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the city and county of San Francisco for any disputes arising from or related to the contest.
